While digging into the conflict, Archivist Tionne has discovered hints of a secret force led by Col Serra with the support of Han Solo and General Dodonna.

The soldiers of the Renegade Squadron were often criminals, smugglers and outcasts. As long as they hated the Empire more than they hated anything else, Col Serra was ready to take them into battle. And battle they did, all across the galaxy, to put a stop to the Empire.

In early September, NCsoft announced that its upcoming massively multiplayer online game Tabula Rasa would ship to stores in Europe on October 16 and in North America on October 19. Sadly, that date has been pushed back slightly to no earlier than November 2, 2007.
Eidos, part of SCi Entertainment, confirmed that it plans to ship Prism: Light the Way for the DS on October 17. The game has already been released for mobile phones and has players solving puzzles using mirrors and colored gems to create certain patterns.
THQ Wireless has entered into a deal with T-Mobile that will see THQ's games reach T-Mobile UK subscribers through the "Games Live" service. Worms is already available, as are a variety of Top Trumps battle card games.
Nintendo has released its game Chibi-Robo: Park Patrol for the DS in North America. The game follows in the spirit of Chibi-Robo, released for the GameCube. The game has Chibi-Robo protecting a park from toxic, enemy Smoglings.

Master Chief, a genetically engineered super soldier in battle armor, has already battled the theocratic alliance of aliens known as the Covenant. He's faced the intelligent and parasitic Flood that threatens to reproduce by taking over all life in the galaxy and forming a disturbingly powerful hive mind. He's battled across and even destroyed Halos, vast terraformed rings, designed by the ancient Forerunners to contain and eliminate the Flood.

Pursuit of the Forerunner legacy has sent the Covenant searching Earth for clues to activate the Halo installations. Master Chief, in hot pursuit, lands on Earth to battle the Covenant, face the Flood and "finish the fight."

Today, Nintendo's game The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for the DS is now available in stores. The game introduces the DS touchscreen controls to the Zelda franchise, setting Link with the task of filling the Phantom Hourglass by dungeon delving.
CDV Software Entertainment's game Escape from Paradise City for the PC is gold, in duplication and should ship to stores on October 24. The game has players taking on the roles of three characters to combat criminals in Paradise City, a dystopian metropolis with a dominant underworld.
Nintendo is changing this up a bit this week. Instead of releasing three new games for the Wii Virtual Console, Nintendo has only launched two games. However, Nintendo is proclaiming that its two new games this week launch the "Import" genre of Virtual Console games because both games now available were only released in Japan.
