Saxon Power-Pop Likes Minecraft

| | Comments (0)
We got a press announcement from the band Hella Donna, promoting a YouTube video for their song "Block by Block," recorded entirely using footage from the game Minecraft (embedded after the break). Ordinarily, we don't pass this type of announcement along, but Hella Donna describes itself as a "Saxon Power-Pop-band," and we don't understand what that means. If the hyphen was in another place, we'd assume this to be anti-Norman music. How often do we get to make 11th century jokes? Anyone want to explain the music genre to us?
