Atari received less revenue this year, because Atari is focusing on bringing fewer retail titles to market and emphasizing downloadable and casual content.

Atari disclosed that as of March 31 (after the fiscal year closed), it has been busy closing down developer Eden Games, the studio responsible for Alone in the Dark.

Atari also confirmed that it has entered into an agreement (in April, after the closing of the fiscal year) with Viacom (parent of Activision Blizzard) to sell its 38.6% stake in GameOne for €5.9 million.
