EverQuest Adds "Skyshrine" and Sees More Players After Going Free-To-Play

Sony Online EntertainmentSony Online Entertainment has launched the latest update for its long-running massively multiplayer online game EverQuest. Called "Skyshrine," the expansion raises the level cap to 92 and adds a new zone with around 100 quests, events, and instances.

Sony Online Entertainment also took this opportunity to claim that the transition to a free-to-play game has been going well. According to SOE, concurrent usage of EverQuest is up 40% and unique log-ins have increased 150%.
