Microsoft Joins in Forbidding Class-Action Lawsuits Following Supreme Court Ruling

| | Comments (0)
MicrosoftAs part of Microsoft's recent Xbox 360 console update, Microsoft updated its terms of service to forbid users from participating in class-action lawsuits and requiring arbitration in the event of legal action.
