| | Comments (0)
Activision BlizzardActivision Publishing, part of Activision Blizzard, together with developer Toys for Bob, has released Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure to stores. Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure is a crossover product that includes physical toys and software that can run on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PC, Mac and 3DS or in a browser window. There are around 30 physical figurines that correspond to characters in the gameworld, that can be imported into the game by placing them on a "Portal of Power." In essence, the figures allow players to save the game state, and the Portal interfaces with the player's platform of choice. Then, the figure can be taken to another Portal, importing that character's progress into the game, even on other platforms.
