SouthPeak Plans to Delist Its Stock

| | Comments (0)
Southpeak GamesSouthPeak Interactive, publisher of games such as Two Worlds II, announced that it plans to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to delist its registered securities. This means that SouthPeak's stock will no longer be listed. This is surely (in part) because SouthPeak's stock has performed so abysmally (sporting both a tiny price and minimal trading volume). This decision also spares SouthPeak from needing to publicly report on its finances or legal conflicts.
