Electronic Arts Board Goes Whole Hoag

Electronic ArtsYesterday, Electronic Arts added Jay Hoag to EA's Board of Directors, as well as the Board's Executive Compensation and Leadership Committee. Hoag is a founding partner of Technology Crossover Ventures and also serves on the boards of eHarmony, TechTarget, Zillow and Netflix. In this capacity, Hoag will receive $57,500 per year, as well as the pro-rata portion of the 10,000 restricted stock units that were granted to directors at the last meeting that can be redeemed a little less than a year from now.
