More Games Available Through the PlayStation Store This Week

SonySony has released a new slew of games for the PlayStation 3 and PSP through the PlayStation Store. This week's releases include some classic SNK Playmore games, a tale from the Zombie Apocalypse, and a somber platformer. Read on for the full list and more details...
Baseball Stars 2 can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $9 or to the PSP for $7 and is a classic SNK Playmore baseball game.


Dead Block can now be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $10. Set in the 1950s, Dead Block features three survivors of a zombie apocalypse striving to survive. In this slightly humorous take on the usual zombie theme, zombification appears to have been caused by the evils of Rock 'n Roll. The game was previously released through Xbox Live Arcade

Fast Draw Showdown can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $10 and is a series of quick-draw games based on the classic coin-op series that uses the PlayStation Move controller.

Limbo can now be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $15. This dark and atmospheric platformer features challenging levels and lucifugous brain parasites.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions can be downloaded to the PSP for $10, allowing PSP owners to experience this turn-based strategy game without setting foot in a store.

The King of Fighters '95 can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $9 or the PSP for $7. This classic fighting game features an editor that lets players create teams for new and interesting battles.

Kyuiin was released for the original PlayStation in Japan and can now be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $6. This horizontal scroller has players piloting a vacuum cleaner equipped with a whip-like cord.

Also available this week are the following PSP minis: Angry Birds ($4), Athena ($3), Guerrilla War ($3), HAL 21 ($3), Ikari Warriors ($3), Marvin's Maze ($3), Me Monstar: Hear Me Roar ($5), Ozma Wars ($3), Sasuke Vs. Commander ($3) and Vanguard ($3).
