Read on for more details...
For its fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2011, Capcom reported net income of ¥338 million (around $4 million), compared to net income of ¥213 million in the same quarter the previous year.

Capcom noted that while catalog sales of Monster Hunter Freedom 3 supplemented sales of Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition so that company sales met projections.

By division, Capcom reported that Consumer Online Games (including console titles) reported operating income of ¥419 million and Mobile Contents (including mobile games) reported operating income of ¥451 million (a nearly four-fold improvement from the previous year). Even arcade operations outperformed home games with operating income of ¥521 million. Essentially, Capcom didn't have a great quarter, but the company didn't lose money.
