For the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2010, SouthPeak reported a net loss of $1.201 million, compared to net income of $299,316 in the same quarter the previous year. SouthPeak pointed out that it couldn't release new or catalog My Baby games due to its legal disputes with CDV Software, hurting the bottom line, but SouthPeak has My Baby games in stores for the holiday, and has shipped several other niche titles it hopes will improve the company's results.
