President of Ford Foundation Joins Electronic Arts Board of Directors

Electronic ArtsElectronic Arts confirmed that at a Board of Directors meeting yesterday, Gary Kusin retired from the Electronic Arts Board of Directors. To replace him on both the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Board, Luis Ubinas, President of the Ford Foundation, has joined EA's Board of Directors. As a non-employee director, Ubinas will receive $50,000 per year (plus $10,000 per year of service) and the same 10,000 restricted stock units other such directors receive (pro-rated to 7,500 due to his fractional year appointment).
