Bethesda Parent Confirms Acquisition of MachineGames

ZeniMax Media, parent of Bethesda Softworks, confirmed its previously rumored acquisition of developer MachineGames, based in Uppsala, Sweden. MachineGames was founded last year by several of the founding members of Starbreeze Studios, and is currently working on an unannounced project. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
