Majesco's CFO Resigns

MajescoMajesco announced that its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer John Gross is resigning to accept a position at another company, effective August 20, 2010. Michael Vessey, Majesco's Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer will serve as the Interim CFO following Gross' Departure.
