Nexon Acquires Stake in GameHi

NexonNexon announced that it has acquired 29.3% of the outstanding shares of GameHi, a developer of online games such as Sudden Attack and Metal Rage. Nexon acquired the shares for 73.2 billion Korean Won (around $61 million) and also acquired management rights from Gunil Kim, the company's largest shareholder.
