Viacom Notes Lower Rock Band Sales in Latest Financial Report

Viacom, parent of MTV Games and Harmonix, announced its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010. While game enthusiasts may not be interested in the overall results of the entertainment conglomerate, Viacom specifically mentioned disappointing performance of Rock Band, noting that "Worldwide ancillary revenues declined 7% reflecting lower sales of Rock Band music video games."
