Activision BlizzardActivision Blizzard announced its financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended December 31, 2009:
The company reported a net loss for the quarter of $286 million compared to a net loss of $72 million in the same quarter the previous year. For the year, Activision Blizzard reported net income of $113 million, compared to a net loss of $107 million in prior year. These numbers reflect a decline in the profitability of the company's Guitar Hero franchises.
