More Games Reach the PlayStation Store

Sony has released a variety of downloadable games for the PlayStation 3 and PSP through the PlayStation Store.
Assault Heroes can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $10. Previously released for the PC and Xbox Live Arcade, this top-down shooter has players enlisting in a Special Forces unit sent to locate a secret, underground lair.


Extreme Pinball, released for the original PlayStation, can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 or PSP for $6.

Hi-Octane: The Track Fights Back, released on the original PlayStation, can now be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 or PSP for $6. (It's a combat-racing game.)

Hustle Kings can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $10. The game is an ultra-realistic billiards simulation.

Texder Neo is a side-scrolling shooter that can be downloaded to the PlayStation 3 for $10. Originally released for the PC in 1985, the game's visuals have been revamped.

The PSP Minis added to the PlayStation Store this week include Deflector ($4), Dracula - Undead Awakening ($5), Pinball Dreams ($7), and Route 66 ($4).
