GameStop Reports Flat Holiday Sales

GameStopRetailer GameStop reported that it's sales for the nine-week holiday period ended January 2, 2010 were $2.86 billion, similar to last year's number. New software sales grew 4% and used sales grew 10%, but new hardware sales fell 8%. Due to the holiday results, GameStop is lowering its financial guidance for the fourth quarter.
