Hasbro Sues Atari for (Allegedly) Breaching the D&D Licensing Agreement

Hasbro, parent company of Wizards of the Coast, has filed a lawsuit against Atari (Infogrames), alleging fraud and multiple breaches of contract relating to Atari's licensing agreement for the Dungeons & Dragons brand. Hasbro alleges that Atari entered into an "unauthorized sublicensing relationship with Namco Bandai Partners". Namco Bandai Partners happens to be a competitor of Hasbro. Hasbro wants to terminate the license agreement and also seeks compensatory damages.
