Disney to Acquire Wideload

Disney Interactive Studios has agreed to acquire Wideload Games, the studio behind games such as Hail to the Chimp and Texas Cheat'Em. Alexander Seropian, the founder and CEO of Wideload Games (and founder of Bungie) will become the Creative Vice President for Disney Interactive Studios. Financial terms were not disclosed.
