The Zeebo Available For Purchase in Brazil

| | Comments (0)
The Zeebo, the previously announced mobile-phone-gaming-device masquerading as a console, has gone on sale in Brazil. For 499 Brazilian Reais (around $250), Brazilian gamers can purchase a 3G enabled device that connects to a TV and can play games available on mobile phones. The console comes pre-loaded with FIFA 2009, Need for Speed Carbon and Brain Challenge. More games are available for download, such as the original Quake.
The Zeebo is a product of a San Diego company with significant investments from Qualcomm and a Brazilian gaming firm.
