Huber Joins EA Board

Electronic ArtsElectronic Arts has appointed Jeff Huber to the company's board, effective immediately. Huber is a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Google and specializes in large-scale systems design and operations. For his work as a non-employee director, Huber will receive an annual retainer of $50,000 and an option to purchase 17,500 shares of common stock and 2,500 shares of restricted stock.
