Take-Two Settles With SEC and New York Over Options Grants

Take-Two InteractiveTake-Two Interactive has entered into agreements with both the Securities and Exchange Commission and the District Attorney of New York County, New York related to the company's stock option granting practices. Take-Two will pay the SEC $3 million and $300,000 to New York. Assuming that the company receives court approval of these settlements, the two entities will conclude investigation of past illegal behaviors.
