NintendoThe planet continues to rotate, the calendar continues to cycle and, with the arrival of another Monday, Nintendo has once again released downloadable games for the Wii:
Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars is a port of the game originally released on the Sega Master system in which Kidd races past wacky enemies to locate hidden zodiac signs. The game is this week's Virtual Console release and can be downloaded for $500 points ($5)

Gradius ReBirth is this week's WiiWare game and is (as one might expect from the name) a side-scrolling shooter. The game is available for 1,000 points ($10) and is from Konami.
