| | Comments (0)
Electronic ArtsElectronic Arts plans to release three more games in the Need for Speed racing franchise over the next three months:
Need for Speed: Nitro is planned for the Wii and DS and is a drift racing game featuring arcade-style racing with licensed cars.

Need for Speed: Shift is planned for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC and is being developed by Slightly Mad Studios. The game is expected to reach stores late this year and is being designed to be a simulation rather than an arcade-style racing game.

Need for Speed World Online is also in development, and will be a free-to-play persistent world racing game for the PC in which players will be able to race licensed cars.
