Midway Receives Stock Delisting Warning

| | Comments (0)
MidwayMidway received notice from the New York Stock Exchange that it's stock is subject to delisting from the exchange since the company's market capitalization has fallen below the required minimum average market capitalization over a 30-day trading period of at least $75 million.
This follows last week's notification that the stock is subject to delisting because the stock hasn't maintained a minimum average closing price of $1.00 over a 30-day trading period.

In both cases, this issue will almost certainly be resolved within the six-month period that the exchange allows.
