Elemental: War of Magic Coming in 2010

Stardock plans to release a game called Elemental: War of Magic for the PC in the first quarter of 2010. The game will set players up as rulers of a kingdom, able to channel magic and lead their kingdoms in a single player campaign or a persistent, online, multiplayer mode.
