Codemasters Acquires Swordfish Studios

Codemasters has reached an agreement with Activision Blizzard to acquire developer Swordfish Studios. Swordfish is based in Birmingham, U.K. and most recently worked on 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand. As part of Codemasters, Swordfish will focus on making new games using Codemasters' Ego Engine.
