| | Comments (0)
Activision BlizzardBlizzard Entertainment, part of Activision Blizzard, will launch the expansion for its massively multiplayer online game World of Warcraft called Wrath of the Lich King in November. The expansion will be available on November 13 in North America, Europe, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Russia. On November 14, the expansion will reach Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. On November 18, Wrath of the Lich King will reach Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. No release date has yet been announced for mainland China.
As World of Warcraft fans know, the expansion adds Northrend, where the Lich King Arthas Menethil strives to conquer Azeroth. The expansion raises the level cap to 80 and adds the Death Knight Hero class. The expansion costs $40 (unless you are one of the folks who chooses to drop $70 on the collector's edition).
