Warhammer Online: Age of ReckoningElectronic Arts' Mythic Entertainment division is preparing to ship its massively multiplayer online game Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning to stores tomorrow, so that it can go on sale Thursday.
The game is based on the fantasy universe from Games Workshop in which the dark forces of Chaos battle against the tenuous grip of civilization in a gothic, European setting.

EA says that it has received more pre-orders for Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning than for any other game in the company's history. While EA did not reveal that precise number, the company did say that it is shipping 1.5 million copies of the game to retailers.
