Yet More Downloadable Games for the Wii

The new, WiiWare, game this week is Wild West Guns from Mobile publisher Gameloft. The game has players competing to see who is the fastest and most accurate draw by robbing trains and competing in shooting challenges.

The classic game Sonic The Hedgehog is being ported to the Virtual Console, itself a version of the Sega Master System port of the game. This version of the game not only features the original ring-collecting action, but several new stages, bosses and zones.

Also released for the Virtual Console is Splatterhouse 2, originally released for the Sega Master System. This sequel to Splatterhouse has gamers navigating through a haunted mansion, slashing the foul creatures that get in the way.
