Blizzard Licenses StarCraft II and Warcraft III for Chinese Release

Activision BlizzardThe Blizzard Entertainment division of Activision Blizzard has entered into an agreement to license many of its games and technologies to NetEase (an affiliate of Shanghai EaseNet Network Technology Limited) so that the games can be operated in China.
NetEase has licensed StarCraft II, Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, and the Battle.net framework so that it can operate these programs in China. Blizzard will receive payment according to certain milestones in addition to royalties based on revenues.
