Yoshida Named to Head Sony Game Development

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. has named Shuhei Yoshida as president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios.
Yoshida has been with SCEI since 1993, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of U.S. Studios. In his new role, Yoshida will be responsible for accelerating the development of games for the PlayStation 3 and PSP to improve the competitive position of Sony's two newest gaming platforms.
