The Lord of the Rings: Conquest Coming Late This Year
Pandemic Studios (now part of Electronic Arts) is developing The Lord of the Rings: Conquest for release late this year.
The game will be released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and DS this fall, and is a game along the lines of Battlefield 1942 or Star Wars Battlefront. Players will compete in online multiplayer battles set in The Lord of the Rings universe using weapons and magic appropriate to the setting.
