SouthPeak Interactive Completes Effort to Go Public

SouthPeak Interactive has completed its previously announced acquisition, resulting in SouthPeak becoming a publicly traded company.
With the help of institutional financing, SouthPeak borrowed enough funds to acquire Global Services Partners Acquisition Corp (a publicly traded company) and renamed GSPAC to SouthPeak Interactive Corporation, Making SouthPeak equity now a publicly traded item.
