nVidia Reports Strong First-Quarter Financial Results

Hardware manufacturer nVidia reported its financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended April 27, 2008.
During the quarter, nVidia reported net income of $176.805 million compared to net income of $132.259 in the same quarter the previous year.


nVidia attributes its strong performance in the quarter the growth in GPUs, and is polite enough not to mention some of the difficulties its main competitor, AMD/ATI, has experienced.
