Electronic Arts Introduces Casual Sports Label
Electronic Arts has added a sub-brand to the EA Sports label designed to indicate EA's more casual sports titles.
EA Sports Freestyle will be used for pick-up-and-play sports games such as EA's upcoming arcade-style boxing game FaceBreaker.
According to Peter Moore, president of EA Sports, "EA Sports Freestyle will be a perfect complement to our core portfolio of games that our loyal fans are deeply passionate about,
and will provide compelling opportunities for new audiences looking
for a lighter gaming experience and an easier entry point into EA
Sports."
