Wii Fit to Cost $90

| | Comments (0)
Nintendo announced that when Wii Fit is released in North America on May 19, it will cost $90.
Wii Fit includes both software and the Wii Balance Board accessory (that includes pressure sensors that can detect the weight and balance of someone standing on the board) and supports "more than 40 yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance activities."

This price is higher than most analysts initially predicted, but is almost certainly the result of the weakness of the dollar against the Japanese Yen. Since launching in Japan on December 1, 2007, Wii Fit has already sold around 1.4 million copies.
