TenNapel Working on Next Earthworm Jim
Interplay announced that it has signed an agreement with artist and animator Douglas TenNapel to consult on a new Earthworm Jim game.
TenNapel created the original Earthworm Jim character that was developed as a platformer for the Genesis in 1994. TenNapel has signed on as a creative consultant for Earthworm Jim 4. While this doesn't ensure that Interplay will be able to release a new Earthworm Jim game, it's further than the company has gotten any time recently toward the release of a new game.
