Giant Makes Chengdu a 3D Center

Giant Interactive, a Chinese developer and operator of online games, opened a new research and development facility in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
The Chengdu facility will allow Giant to bring in programming talent from that region to supplement its existing facility in Shanghai. Giant expects that the Chengdu group will focus on 3D graphics engines and programming.
