The Lord of the Rings Online: The Mines of Moria Coming This Fall

| | Comments (0)
Turbine confirmed that it plans to launch a new retail expansion for The Lord of the Rings Online called The Mines of Moria late this year.
The Mines of Moria will launch Volume II of the massively multiplayer online game, paving the way for six new books of content in which players will "participate in the release of Durin's bane, battle the Watcher, aid Galadriel and more."

The expansion will raise the level cap to 60 (including new traits, virtues, skills and class quests) while also expanding the crafting system (even allowing players to craft legendary items). It will add two new classes – the Rune-keeper and Warden. Most importantly, the expansion will add Moria, letting players experience massive dungeon crawls in the city and mines that play host to a balrog.
