EVE Online Electing Player Governing Body

| | Comments (0)
CCP Games is now actually forming the Council of Stellar Management (CSM) for its massively multiplayer online game EVE Online.
The CSM will consist of nine representatives and five alternates, elected by a popular vote of Eve players (a number CCP claims is just under 250,000). Candidates are invited to join the process as of today, and the actual elections will take place from May 5 to May 19. Members of the CSM will be asked to sign non-disclosure agreements and will then serve as the voice of the players to the CCP development team and to help prioritize the developers' efforts. More details on the election process and responsibilities of the CSM can be found at the Eve Online site.
