Electronic Arts Names New CFO
Early this week, Electronic Arts announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Warren Jenson, is departing. Today, EA announced that it has named Eric Brown as an Executive Vice President and the company's next CFO.
Brown worked at EA previously, and most recently served as the CFO and Chief Operating Officer McAfee. Brown is joining at a salary of $600,000 annually with a target bonus of $450,000. EA will pay Brown a signing bonus of $100,000, plenty of relocation benefits 83,300 shares of restricted stock (that vest at 25% per year) and stock options for 250,000 shares of common stock that will vest over time.
