EA's CFO Resigns
Electronic Arts' Chief Financial Officer since 2002, Warren Jenson, will be leaving EA. Jenson will stay with EA to complete the company's year-end financial reporting and to help his successor transition into the new role.
After EA appoints a new Chief Financial Officer, Jenson will remain with EA through September 30, 2008 (unless he takes another job prior to that point). Through that date, Jenson will continue to receive his salary of $595,204 annually along with other standard benefits and his target bonus level of 75% of salary.
