Atari Appoints New President and CEO
Atari has named Jim Wilson as the company's Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately.
Wilson most recently served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sony Wonder, Sony BMG's home entertainment business. Wilson's appointment is part of the ongoing restructuring occurring at both Atari and its parent Infogrames.
In his new post, Wilson will receive a salary of $400,000 and be eligible for a bonus of up to $800,000. He also receives an option to purchase 687,146 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.4507 per share that vest at 6.25% per quarter of service.
