Ultizen Games Acquires Mo-Star

Chinese game outsourcing company Ultizen Games has acquired Mo-Star, a Chinese mobile game developer.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the acquisition brings Ultizen up to four development studios and 280 employees.
