Microsoft Sells Many Xbox 360 Consoles, Offering Subscribers Free Arcade Game

Following the recent Xbox Live connectivity problems, Microsoft both wants to gloat about the success of its console and offer a token of apology.
First, Microsoft noted that around 17.7 million Xbox 360 consoles have been sold worldwide, while Halo 3 and Mass Effect have sold 8.1 million and 1.6 million copies, respectively.


Also, to apologize for the recent holiday connectivity problems, Microsoft is planning on giving Xbox Live members a free Arcade game, the specifics of which are to be announced soon.
