Glu Mobile Attempting to Acquire Superscape

| | Comments (0)
Mobile publisher Glu Mobile made a tender offer to acquire mobile developer and publisher Superscape Group.
Glu Mobile is offering to pay 10 pence per share for Superscape, valuing the company at around $25 million (accounting for the assets on Superscape's balance sheet). Glu already has commitments from shareholders representing 34% of Superscape's equity. The transaction is conditional on getting acceptance from the holders of 90% of the company's equity, although Glu could waive that requirement.
