Majesco Names CEO and Chairman

Majesco has transitioned Jesse Sutton from interim Chief Executive Officer (a position he has held since August, 2006) to full CEO.
Majesco also named Allan Grafman as Chairman of the Board. Grafman has served on the board of directors since April of this year. Previously, Grafman has served as Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Entertainment and president of Archie Comics.
